LANCONVEY LP-N311W — Wireless Print Server: Share THREE USB Printers Across Your Whole Office
No need to keep a PC running just to share your printers. Connect up to three USB printers and let every Windows, macOS, or Linux computer on your LAN print wirelessly — via 2.4GHz Wi-Fi plus a wired Ethernet port that bridges two networks — at only ~2.5W of power (about 30x more energy-efficient than leaving a desktop PC on). The print experience feels just like a direct USB connection.

Product Highlights
- Share THREE Printers Across Multiple Computers — With three USB ports, the LP-N311W lets you connect up to three USB printers and share them all wirelessly across your LAN — simplifying setup and eliminating constant USB cable swapping between desks.
- Bridge Two Networks with One Device — Connect to one network over 2.4GHz Wi-Fi, then use the Ethernet port to bridge a second network. Two subnets, one print server — ideal for cross-segment printing in office environments.
- Dual Connectivity: 2.4GHz Wi-Fi + Wired — Enjoy the flexibility of stable 2.4GHz Wi-Fi with the reliability of a wired Ethernet port, all in one device. Place your printers anywhere within Wi-Fi range — no long cables to drag around.
- Broad OS Compatibility — Works with major versions of Windows, macOS, and Linux. (Each client computer needs its corresponding printer driver installed.)
- Drastically Lower Electricity Costs — Consumes only ~2.5W in operation (7.2W peak at startup) — about 1/30 the power of a desktop PC left on standby. Significant energy savings.
Product Description
Tired of swapping USB cables between desks? Frustrated when the “host PC” sharing your printers goes to sleep and nobody can print? Or is your printer right next door, yet your computer can’t reach it?
Stop dealing with traditional printer-sharing setups — and don’t settle for using a full-size computer as a print host, which is unreliable and power-hungry. The LANCONVEY LP-N311W is a dedicated, ultra-low-power print server with three USB ports, so you can connect up to three standard USB printers and share them with your whole office.
It connects to your network via 2.4GHz Wi-Fi and includes one 10/100M Ethernet port — use both to bridge two networks (e.g., Wi-Fi on Network A, wired on Network B) for cross-segment printing. From then on, every Windows, macOS, or Linux computer on your LAN can print instantly — no more unplugging and replugging USB cables. It feels just like the printers are plugged directly into your own computer.
Standard Setup Process:
Driver installation on each computer depends on your operating system, but getting the print server itself on your network takes just three steps. The whole process typically takes a few minutes, and our free setup tool guides you through it.
- Step 1: Plug up to three USB printers into the LP-N311W.
- Step 2: Connect the device to your network via Wi-Fi and/or an Ethernet cable (the Ethernet port can bridge a second network).
- Step 3: Install each printer’s official driver on the computers that need it, and let our free setup tool walk you through the rest. (Prefer manual setup? Simply add a new port in your printer’s properties and enter the LP-N311W’s IP address and port number — no setup tool needed.)
That’s it! You can now print directly from Word, Excel, or any application.
